Kenny Slaught Discusses Community Outreach Initiatives’ Benefit To Community

The Parenting After Loss program is eight weeks long and acts as a support group for parents and guardians, as well as their children, following the loss of a parent or sibling. The education and care received in this program is built specifically around the emotional and practical reactions to death within a family unit. Kenny Slaught explains that via participation in the program, families obtain the tools they need to communicate better with each other and ultimately grow stronger as a group after experiencing the loss.
